My dad was able to get my a job at his work, working full-time 9-5:30 everyday for the summer which I’m really grateful for. And after working there for almost two weeks now I can say that I’m thankful that this is only a temp job and that I’m still going to school to pursue a career in something I enjoy. Being here really has show me the difference between a job you need for money and pursuing a career that you can wake up every morning and enjoy going to. I literally dread waking up sometimes for work and I literally just count until my shifts over. That’s exactly how my co-workers feel as well and I don’t want to grow up going to work everyday and hating what I do and only doing it cause I need it to live. I definitely feel for my dad so much more now. To come into the company barely having grade school education and going from the bottom all the way to one of the top supervisors in order to support the family means a lot.
Time for bed, got to wake up early for work tomorrow.
Been craving all of this so badly this week D:

Currently packing things and cleaning my dorm room for checkout tomorrow afternoon, but wanted to take a break and show off what I got for my Big and me. Matching bracelets from Disneyland that say “Cesars Little” & “Adrians Big”. One last gift before I say goodbye to my Big. Oh and it doesn’t have ” ’ ” cause they said that they don’t do that -_-. Idc, its the meaning that counts haha.
Made a photo memory frame for my PAC Ate & Grand and my Alpha Phi Omega Big & Grand. They’re all not going to be here next semester because they’re either transferring or graduating :/ Hope they all like what I made them though!
